cheapo plastic
Worked great about 6 times. Then snapped where belt attaches to handle. There is a crew there that is supposed to prevent that but it barely penetrates into the plastic. Buy something else.

don't buy this
I bought this to replace a hard plastic wrench that I misplaced. I dose not work to loosen your water filter especially if you have a lot of hard water at your home you cant keep the strap tight enough to get it to loosen because the strap stretches.
