Q:Can I buy a second adapter and use it on one of the pieces of light tape? I have 2 sets of cabinets that are not connected in any way, but one length of light tape is sufficient to handle both areas. Also, is a single strip of light tape bright enough ?

The final touch!!
I love this tape light. It is thicker and sturdier than others that I have had, so it stays in place better. It comes with little brackets but also has an adhesive backing. It can be cut to different lengths as needed for the space. The remote control has lots of buttons, but it's pretty straight forward and allows you to adjust white or colored light to just the right shade. The perfect finishing touch to my remodeled spa bathroom!

Learned a lot
I have been very confused this process as responses are always from people with no knowledge. In the end this is low voltage wiring and anything is possible. Should have bought a separate wifi controller and brighter lights that are easier to use.
I purchased this for my kitchen as I wanted to connect to my Alexa. I have 3 cabinets on each side of the range / sink. Prior to install backsplash, I ran wire between. Cut the plug off fished 12/2 wire to outlet with a third party 24 Volt transformer. Issue these lights cuts every 19 inches.

These lights are all the rage with the tween/teen set and we've been sucked in. Two of my kids share a room in bunk beds and there is a constant fight over the light (one likes it off, the other likes it on to read but then falls asleep with it on). These are the perfect solution! We installed them on the underside of the top bunk so that the kid on the bottom can have them on and they are dim and contained enough that they don't both the dark-loving kid on the top. The remote is perfect b/c the bottom bunk reader can click them off as she gets sleepy, no need to leave bed. They are compatible with your smart phone but I'm the mean mom who won't let kids have phones so the remote is perfect. The install took less than a minute--peel back the tape, press them where you want them and plug them in. There are screw included if you want for installation and directions for connecting multiple strips but we didn't need all that. Happy kids, easy install and easy removal if we tire of them--perfect!

This is so cool! With this LED tape, you can change the atmosphere of a room with just a click on the remote. The remote itself is very intuitive to use and there a lot of combinations possible between the various LEDs. It's pretty impressive how easy it is to use. It's even more fun with the App! My kids love it and invent all sorts of decorations during rainy days. Are you ready for the holidays? Yes we are are with a warm red. And for Halloween? We just turn the orange. And for St Patrick's Day? Do you want to guess?

We are refinishing a family room in our basement. We have a deep reset shelf that held a large old style CRT TV. I got these lights to line the reset area to provide some interesting lighting behind the new flat screen TV we will be using after the remodel. The Hubspace app was easy it install and the lights connected without a hitch on my android phone. I draped the lights across an area where I had ripped out the old ceiling just to see how they worked and I was surprised how much light they provided. I'm actually using them as temporary lighting as I work on the new framing. The controller also has an I/R sensor that I will be able to position so we can control the lights with the remote in addition to the app.

Good addition to the currently available lightstrip market. Installation is as straightforward or difficult as you want it to be. I attached mine behind a cabinet in order to provide indirect light onto the wall to back light the furniture. The strip has self-adhesive tape along its back and also includes screw mounted flexible brackets. The light functions well on its own with the included remote. It can be set to different temperatures of whites and multiple colors. As far as I can tell the entire strip has to be the same color. There are no animations of the lights other than fading in and out. The optional controlling app is free to download and easy to set up. You can link it to your voice assistant from within the app. Voice control and adding to routines/scenes is no problem.

Things are coming together very nicely in our new home and the warmer weather has allowed us to begin updating outside now. We have a new gazebo ordered but not yet delivered. These tape lights will be a very cool addition to the gazebo once we get it setup. We are looking forward to enjoying the programmable features and let the light show begin. These lights are very light weigh, appear to be super easy to install, and our first “dry run” and tests of them show they have beautiful colors. Can’t wait to get them all set up and fired up in our yard.

I honestly had no idea what this LED light strip was going to do, or how I was going to use it. I am now sorry I did not get the longer version. The one I have is 16 ft long. It’s fun and absolutely awesome. We used it outside as a patio string light. It works as advertised. Extending it to 32' is possible. Would definitely buy again and more of it.
