These bulbs are fairly inexpensive. They will look good in a fixture where the bulbs are exposed. I was happy with the color and quality of the light they produce. I purchased a 4-pack about a year ago, and 2 of the bulbs have died already. They usually (but not always) flicker when I try to dim them. Warranty requires you to save a receipt. Who saves light bulb receipts? I've added a photo of the product "in action", i.e. not working.

Don’t believe the warranty claims of 5 years. I renovated my bathroom less than a year ago and installed a new 3 bulb fixture over the vanity and bought the 4 bulb ecosmart 60w soft white LED wet rated dimmable light bulbs. Installed the 3 bulbs and within a few months one bulb blew out, I replaced that bulb and the bulbs continued working until last month the middle bulb blew out replaced that one and two weeks later one of the others blew out. All 3 originally installed bulbs have lasted less than a year which is nothing nearly close to the 5 year warranty life of the bulb and the life of the bulbs as stated on the box is 13.7 years based on 3 hrs./day. What a waste of money better off going back to the incandescent bulbs that were cheaper to purchase and lasted way longer than a year. Where is the savings when you pay more for a LED BULB and use less electric but the expensive bulbs don’t even last a year?

I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews.....these bulbs are not reliable at all.
I bought a 4 pack on 11/19/19. By 12/15/19 one of them had stopped working. I moved it to different fixtures and it definitely was dead.
On 12/18/19 a second stopped working....I attempted to unscrew it to test and the glass part of the bulb came off of the base. Makes for a fun removal.
I'd steer very clear.

I decided to buy these new classic glass bulbs instead of the non glass Ecosmart bulb in this same color and watts that I had been buying. Unfortunately these bulbs have all the pertinent information stamped on the big end of the bulb instead of the neck like the non glass bulbs.You could not tell this without opening the package. They are also reflect glare being glass. The other style of bulb had a more matte finish. Since all the fixtures that we were going to put these in show the visible end of the bulb these were not acceptable. I will be returning these and getting the old style.

Buyer beware. At first they work great for the price.... until they stop working. Do not be fooled by the packaging and lifespan claims. These have consistently lasted 6 months max. Total garbage. They just stop working with no physical sign of damage or defect. It says on this website they require a receipt to process a warranty claim. Who keeps an $8 receipt for light bulbs!?! I would not recommend this product unless you only need them for a few months.

Pros: They make light (at least for a short while) and their all-glass style does look better then the Cree with the plastic base.
Cons: They're about as dependable as a Seattle outdoor wedding in March.
I replaced all of the incandescent's left behind by my new home's previous owner with many of these, purchased at different times. None have lasted longer than 4 months, some only hours. I've replaced the broken Ecosmarts with Cree and GE, which have continued to perform, with much more reliability then their failed excuse of a predecessor. Run away from these, or maybe run-over them and help protect your fellow human from being subjected to their trap.
I like the glass bulb better than plastic, but people who want to use these in an exposed fixture...

I like the glass bulb better than plastic, but people who want to use these in an exposed fixture should know that there is a very large label printed on the top of the bulb. This is not apparent unless one opens the box to look.
This label is much larger and more unsightly than what is found on a typical incandescent bulb so these will not work for an open fixture where the top of the bulb is visible.
