Q:What happened to the "bright white" version of this bulb? 3000k is perfect but of course I didn't buy any spares. "Daylight" is an office light and "warm white" is too cozy. 3000k is just perfect. Store SKU 1006299545 appears discontinued sadly.

Nice Bulbs - Led's keep Improving
I've converted all of the lights in my house to LED's. And I'm not surprised that the next generation of bulbs is even better than the last. The first generation bulbs had a bunch of led's mounted to a short printed circuit board and if they did not get sufficient airflow they didn't last like they should have and they usually could not be dimmed. The second generation brought surface mounted led chips, that were brighter and more energy efficient, but they had hot spots in various directions. The third generation brought edison style filament bulbs, but there were still hot spots, but they were much more attractive, and could be dimmed. So in my mind we are now into the fourth generation, where the filaments are much thinner and better surround the bulb in all directions. Making the light much more even, and the bulbs last longer, stay cooler and don't suffer the ventilation problems of earlier bulbs.
This EcoSmart bright white bulb (3000K) throws about 500 lumens, which is the equivalent of a 60w incandescent bulb. But it only consumes about 7w (or about 11% the energy), and is give off much less heat, you can stay cool. The filament appears to be a little less than 1/2 the thickness of the previous generation, but is probably 3 times the total length; surrounding the interior of the bulb, not just zig-zagging around. So it outputs a more consistent even light.
In the attached images I've attempted to compare it physically, and when illuminated to a last generation bulb (4000K). Except for the white light color difference, you can clearly seem the improved light distribution, and even when shaded, you can tell the light is better diffused.
These new bulbs are certainly a step up.

I got these bulbs for my kitchen island pendant lights. I like the candle look design and the spiral LED looks great.I have 3000k soft white and these are 3000k bright white, I didn't know there was 3000k bright and soft, I always though 5000k is bright white. I built my home and got all 3000k soft white bulbs throughout, but slowly I've been changing them to bright white and we love it.

Good stuff
I dunno what all to write here. They are led so that’s awesome and will save money cumulatively over the years as long as they hold up. Important thing is…..she thinks they are cool haha. No complaints here they feel like great quality in the hand and look really nice in the chandelier we put them in. I believe it’s a Home Depot brand so u can breath easy knowing the company that makes them won’t disappear on you. Thanks for reading haha

very bright and look good too
We have been updating the rest of the house to LED and decided on the Eco Smart 60 watt equivalent fine bendy filament LED bulbs for our bath vanity light. The bulbs are bright and do have the same brightness as a 60 watt bulb and are a lot cooler to the touch over the old incandescent bulbs we had. Our bathroom light has clear glass shades were you can see the bulb so none of the older LED bulbs would look very nice, but the Eco Smart bulbs are perfect replacements and look just like a incandescent bulb. Our vanity light still has that nice soft white light that it had with the old bulbs and since these have a 15000 hour life span, no more burned old bulbs for years to come. Overall they look great, they operate a lot cooler over the old bulbs and should last a lot longer too, nice.

This is a nice looking LED light bulb and it’s nice that they have made an LED that has a neat look to it that can be used on an older fixture and still save some energy without compromising appearance. This set of 3 bulbs provide 500 lumens of light while using 7 watts each. The only thing about this bulb is it’s a miniature size compared to standard sizes, so if you order this from the internet that’s something to keep in mind.

Great Bulbs light up nice a night
Love these bulb with there spiral filiment, They are bright and easy to install. It tough to find a nice bright LED bulb living in California but these do a great job. They are dimmable but I am using them in a outdoor enclosed fixture on and off function only so I cannot comment on the dimmable part of the bulb. Would recommend to family and friend. Nice bulb.

This is a set of three EcoSmart 60-Watt Equivalent BA11 Dimmable Fine Bendy Filament LED Vintage Edison Light Bulb Soft White 2700K (3-Pack). As stated in the packaging, they are dimmable bulbs with E12 candelabra bases. They give off a nice warm yellow-tinted light compared with the daylight, which gives of a colder blue-tinted light. The brightness is 500 lumens.

Everything I could ask for in a candelabra base bulb
Impressive. Most Impressive. Moments after opening the package and installing these bulbs into a pair of wall sconces, I put these bulbs to the most demanding test I know – dimming them with an ancient rotary dimmer switch – and they passed with flying colors. There was no perceptible flickering and the lowest brightness level was a mere suggestion of light. Lighting color stayed consistent (2700K) throughout the dimming range to full brightness. The LED simulated filament on these bulbs spirals around supports running from base to tip, rather than the more common straight filaments. One bit of strangeness was the unusually long candelabra base that left a noticeable amount of threaded base extending beyond the socket. In a properly wired socket this would be the neutral connection, so this is an aesthetic concern rather than one of safety.
