AnswersThe base is a standard old-fashioned bulb size. The bulb is 3 1/4 in. across the middle largest part. The height is 4 5/8 in. from top to bottom of base. The circumference of the glass is 10 in. (measured with a cloth tape measure).

AnswersSlightly bigger in diameter than an old-fashioned standard incandescent bulb. Maybe 3 1/2 inches in diameter at the widest point and 4 1/2 inches from top to bottom. (Those are guesstimates...I didn't actually measure them.

AnswerHello, LED bulbs should be used with dimmer switches that are LED compatible. Standard incandescent dimmers will be under-loaded and can cause flickering, shortening the life span of the bulb.

The lighting form these bulbs are great, they it projects very soft lighting, bright enough to function for our bath room vanity. Took them out of box and screwed them in, and looking forward to many more clicks of the light switch, and hours of cool, soft lighting.

Well, If I were looking for this color light, I would have given it a higher rating, but This is for a bathroom vanity. Daylight is more like cool white, so if you want light like you are lighting cars in a used car lot, these will be perfect. For a bathroom, get the soft white instead. I called the very helpful customer service and reordered the soft white and she said I can return these to the store to avoid shipping. Perfect!

When they say daylight, they mean it. I needed something bright to illuminate an area between my living room and my dining area that was also between light fixtures. These lights are so much brighter than the CFLs I would have used instead that I went out and bought some more LED "daylight" bulbs to replace non-LED bulbs in other light fixtures. And while I haven't had these long enough (3 or 4 days so far) to know this for sure I'm told these will save me money on my electric bill as well. My switches are not dimmers, but I couldn't find any of these bulbs that weren't dimmable...so maybe I'll have to replace my switches with dimmers, too. :-)
