                Not dimmable
They are not dimmable. Very bright and would not work with my dimmer. Returned and bought a name brand that worked fine.

Buy extra so you have enough as some won’t work.
Bought these 8/14. Was a 4 pack and only 2 worked. Drove back to store and swapped the 2 out. Came back home and only 1 works. Now I’ll be making a 3rd 1hour round trip and hopefully get one that works.

Lots of selections for wattage and spectrum. Does not flicker when dimmed. Significant lag time
                    * I like that I can stock one box of bulbs and being able to use different settings in different rooms as opposed to having to keep many different bulbs. After some trial and error I can settle down with the exact "mood" I like. And I also love the option that I can easily change that if needs arise. Photos show my experiments with different settings (with dimmer on). * My original light bulbs (85-watt equivalent, 2700K) are the two on the sides. This test bulb is in the center. Setting is marked in the photo. * It does not flicker with dimmer - a plus. * It does have one drawback for those who are bothered by it: it has a significant lag time between the switch is turned on to when the bulb actually light up -- at least one second. I'm used to this, so it doesn't bother me. But 1 second is a long time, and is very noticeable if installed alongside others that have less lag time, such as in my case.

Great bulbs value priced over standard bulbs with no adjustment options
Ecosmart is the primary lighting throughout our home in various types of fixtures. These This is the first owned that permits adjustment of the brightness and shade. These type of bulbs will be in higher ceiling fixtures and provide options for optimal brightness in different rooms There are two switches on almost opposite sides of the bulb near the threads. The preferred setting in our household is 3000k which is a bright white. The 2700k or soft white appears more yellow than even traditional Edison bulbs. The daylight or 5000k is much too harsh. The brightness is the more usable option for our tastes since it could be installed in any room and choose the correct brightness. With either switch in this use case it will always be set to 3000k and preferred lumens for the room and not to be adjusted. Having used these for years primarily but have used other brand lights there have been replacements needed due to flickering or actual burnout. Those that have burned out certainly did not last the 13 years as mentioned on the packaging. The packaging also indicates a 5 year warranty. I have not taken advantage of that warranty if those apply to other bulbs purchased to speak to the service of manufacturer. Overall the price of the bulbs and availability in types or sizes are still preferred over other brands at a higher cost. In reviewing costs of “standard” Ecosmart bulbs without the ability to adjust the settings shows it’s more cost effective to purchase these adjustable over those. If other bulb types prove to be just as cost effective in the adjustable variety they would definitely be considered over a standard bulb. The bulbs are light in weight and are dimmable. The packaging states the product can be used in damp but not direct water locations. Overall these bulbs are of good quality and value aside from some that have not lasted what seems more than 2 years. It will take that amount of time to see if some of these will last longer and/or go for the full 13 years.

Great bulbs to save energy and fine tune brightness/color
These bulbs are a great add to my home. I've tried them in both my kitchen and as part of a hanging lamp over my billiards table. The brightness and color can both be adjusted for each application or preference. In a can light/recessed lighting situation, you can't really adjust the color or brightness without removing the bulb from the housing, but in some other lamps there's enough clearance to adjust while fully threaded. I'll admit that the 75W equivalent minimum brightness is much brighter than I was used to from other bulbs before. But, I'd expect that, in the right applications, this is a good thing.

                    I like the options.
Nice bulb. I cannot speak to its longevity but I can say its extremely bright. I initially installed 90 watts and 3500k and it was blindingly bright. If you want something really bright then this is the way to go. I dropped it to the lowest setting and it was still very bright. The bulb was considerably bigger than the one I had in but it does still works in the light fixture. I like the ability to change the settings because I think for our backyard flood light it will be nice to light it up without blinding people. And on the front porch use the reduced setting. This allows for "different" bulbs without purchasing multiple boxes.

Love the brightness level options, and the adjustable tone!
Happy to recommend this multi watt, multi tone LED lamp by Ecosmart. I like the flexibility of being able to change the tone from soft white to daylight (6 levels). This works very well when determining what works best for the room color with how your intended mode would be. The adjustable brightness uses either 10, 13 or 19 watts, which equates to a comparable 75, 90 and 120 watt incandescent build. I like that it doesn’t generate much heat. The E26 base is standard and the BR40 size is one of the typical types for recessed lighting. So far, so good. No issues observed after days of use (8 hours/day).

Great Upgrade For My Old Floodlights
I replaced the four, very old floodlights above my pool deck with these and am impressed. Not only do they work great but they are extremely versatile in that they feature selectable wattage levels (75w, 90w and 120w) as well as switchable color temperatures (2700k, 3000k, 3500k, 4000k, 5000k and 6500k) each offering a different hue. You can select full bright white, mellow yellow and everything in between. With the combination of both built in switches, you can select the perfect hue and brightness to suit your needs. Being LED bulbs, the rated lifespan is 15,000 hours so I expect these to last a good while.
