            Best Boat Seat Cleaner EVER!
            For years I have dreaded scrubbing the boats seats in the spring. Someone recommended this product so I thought I would give it a try versus the bucket combination I have used of Comet, Bleach, Dawn and warm water and scrubbing mitt. This has always been a 2 hour job. With the Eco Lab Mildew Remover, sprayed it on and literally within 1 minute the seats were spotless. I was in total shock. Rinsed the product off and that was it. Shared pictures w/ lake friends, and they too are now hooked!

              Bleaching clean
              This product says that it bleaches out mold and mildew stains. They are correct in saying that it bleaches out the stains. There is a very strong odor of bleach that requires you to ventilate the area where you are using the product. I used the product in my shower in areas that had started to mildew. I sprayed it and left it for an hour or so. After that time I did use a sponge with a scrubber to wipe if off. I did spray it one more time for good measure. All of the mildew came off of the tile and grout however, there was some still some mildew left on the silicon sealant. I would definitely recommend this product.

              Quick, easy and very effective!
              Living in South Florida we are constantly battling mold and mildew on many exterior surfaces. We need a product that cleans dirt, mold and mildew from concrete, stucco, aluminum pool, enclosures and painted surfaces. This Ecolab cleaner makes very quick work of cleaning all of these surfaces! Depending on the amount of mold and mildew and type of surface some amount of scrubbing and wiping may be required, but in many cases all you do is apply the cleaner and rinse clean. You can use pretty much any type of sprayer to apply the cleaner, or you can pout it on the area to be cleaned but you will use more of the product than you need with that application process. The before and after pictures shown below show a portion of our concrete pool deck that, because of the tilt of the deck, collects dirt and moisture, leading to mold and mildew. We simply sprayed on the Ecolab cleaner and you could immediately see it removing the dirt, mold and mildew from the area. We let it sit for about a minute, used a long-handled scrub brush a few times and rinsed it clean with the hose. The cleaner worked great! We are very pleased with how quick and easy it is to use and with the results!

              ECOLAB 32 fl. oz. Mold and Mildew Stain Remover, I just tried out this ECOLAB 32oz. Cleaner, it definitely has a big bleach smell to it, but I’ve always used bleach and disinfectant when cleaning up in the bathroom and kitchen, so that’s not really a problem. But, I don’t think that it really made any difference from what I have been using to clean up my bathrooms and kitchen areas. It’s pretty much the same kind of a result that I’ve been getting. But hey maybe it’ll make a bigger difference in cleaning up in our rental houses, guess that I’ll have to give it a chance there. Anyway, the bleach content in it is really going to be affecting the outcome in most cases that anyone uses the product. .

              It works!
              My Ecolab 1 Gal. Mold and Mildew Stain Remover was shipped to the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box to find it enclosed in an additional sealed plastic bag in case it leaked in transit, nice touch HD! I decided to try it on a problem area just outside my shower that has seen repeated water damage as seen in the before and after pictures attached. I was concerned by the black discoloration at the bottom of the trim and knew I needed something that would not only clean the surface but pernitrate the trim to kill what was growing. I poured some product into a disposable plastic cup and applied the product with a old toothbrush so I could better control the application. I was glad I had the bathroom fan on because it had a very bleach like odor. I let is sit for about a minute, brushed again and let it sit for another minute before wiping it down with a wet rag. Great results and it couldn't have been easier!

              Quite good!
              Great product! ECOLAB has several new cleaning products that I've noticed pop up in Home Depot recently and I thought I'd give this a try. So far, this Mold and Mildew stain remover works really well. I have one room the house that tends to get a bit musty over time. I live near the coast, so humidity and moisture allows for mold/mildew to thrive. I used this product to clean the floor [vinyl] and walls, and it really freshened up the room. Didn't use full strength, but rather 1 cup in a gallon of warm water, and then applied it with a clean floor mop. Used a large sponge for the walls. Instructions say to let it sit for about 1 minute if needed, then rinse/wipe down with water. Has a mild "detergent" like scent. It does not have a bleach scent even though one of the listed ingredients is sodium hypochlorite. Directions state that it can be used for indoor or outdoor applications on multiple surfaces including showers/tubs and tile, in kitchens, etc. Similar to bleach, it recommends avoiding direct contact with clothing/fabrics, wood, rubber, and/or painted surfaces which it could cause discoloration. Product is ready to use (no mixing/diluting required), has a semi-clear water-like consistency, and made in the USA! Looking forward to trying some of the other ECOLAB products soon.

              Good, but not great
              We got this cleaner for an outside job on our patio - a buildup of mold after all the rain we've had. It worked well, but the directions say to just spray and rinse. In our case, on the patio bricks, some scrubbing was definitely required. Cleaner is not concentrated, you can use it straight out of the jug. Medium strong bleach smell.

              Gets the job done better than other detergents
              So after this years above average rainfall i had a ton of algae/mold around my house, sidewalks, patio trim and usually i have to gear up, spray bleach/cleaners and aggitate before i hose off the house surroundings. This year i thought i would try something different and give ECOLAB Mold and Mildew Stain Remover a go. I was able to load it in my canister went to town on my backyard and walkways full of algae and mold. After a few minutes of spraying i started to get a little skin irritation on hands and eyes, so i geared up and continued. I did as directions stated and sprayed generously on affected area and let sit, i came back with a stiff push broom to aggitate and then spray again and let sit for 5 mins or so and proceeded to rinse with jet stream water hose and to my surprise, it cleaned up way better than imagined. I then took inside to clean my tub but i felt it was too strong chemically for my indoor situation but it cleaned the shower grout pretty effortlessly. Besides the chemical smell and irritation that comes with working with all chemicals it sure does clean a lot easier than using manual elbow grease. I will continue to use and see what else Ecolab has to offer.
