A: Hello! Polyurethane corbels are not meant to support a load. At max they could support about 20 lbs so they can be used for a shelf. If you are using them on a counter top, you will need to use wood or metal brackets so they can provide some support.

A: Hello Sandy, These Corbels can be drilled screwed and glued. If you plan on glueing make sure you use a glue compatible with polyurethane. If you want to use screws I would drill it first and the use masonry screws to go into the bricks. You can countersink the screws and fill with caulk before painting. Charlotte
