The end-of-cycle alert is designed to be soft, but it should still be audible when you’re in the same room. If you’re unable to hear it at all, even at close range, this may indicate that:
• The chime setting is currently turned off
• The volume needs to be adjusted
• Or the alert speaker may not be functioning as intended
We recommend checking the sound settings on the control panel to ensure the chime is enabled. If the chime is already turned on and still remains extremely faint or silent, the unit may need to be inspected to verify that the alert system is working properly.
