The luggage are nice and sturdy. The issue I had was the larger suitcase was missing a zipper pull and a replacement sent. however the hole zipper thing and pull was sent and none matched the existing ones. Also, I have no idea how to remove the zipper thing and put another one back on without messing up the suitcase. I can't travel abroad with the suitcase was is because it will be so easy for someone to open my suitcase and steal my stuff. There is no way to put a lock on it. It has been so hard to call when the vendor is actually open and its so frustrating.
