why is no water coming out of faucet when cold is turned on? but when I turn the cold and hot on it comes out of the hot inlet and still not the faucet? I have only cold hooked up?????? and water is coming out of hot when turned on

I'm not sure I understand the problem on if you're only getting hot water or if you're only getting cold water when the hot handle is turned, but I'll suggest a few things to check. First, make sure the shutoff valve is open on the cold water line. Second, if you're only getting water when the hot handle is turned on, you may have the cold water line hooked up to the hot side instead of the cold. If checking you're shutoff and lines doesn't help, please contact our Customer Care department for help, as you'll be able to have a back and forth dialog with them. I have a similar drop in sink in my outdoor kitchen. Am investigating changing to undersink mounting so my question is :will this sink mount underneath granite countertops? Is there enough spacing with faucet etc to glue it to the granite?
