We do not recommend cutting additional holes as it will void the warranty. We would recommend the Elkay ECTSR33229TBG Crosstown 18 Gauge Stainless Steel Equal Double Bowl Dual Mount Sink Kit as it is available in a 4 or 5 hole model. In the couple of days since my question, this sink is no longer available at homedepot.com and I will have to select a different sink.
