I cannot speak highly enough of this tub! We removed an old corner jacuzzi from a concrete floor, and thanks to a highly skilled contractor, electrician and plumber, we were able to replace it with this Ella's Elite. We also installed a new 50 gallon hot water heater. We are in a rural area with a deep water well. The tub fills in 6 or 7 minutes (with the stock hardware) and drains in an amazing 60 seconds! I have aches and pains from arthritis (I'm mid 60s) and this tub works wonders. We figured out some creative things to do since we had two windows that were lower than the tub to contend with, but it worked out great! Couldn't be happier. And the customer service and support staff at Ella's are the best!!!

Good Bang for your Buck
Great purchase plumber bill was $345.00 not bad. Would recommend to get the seat pad. We will be purchasing that next. Fast drain

Great walk in tub, easy entry and exit
Great item, make sure you check door opening in house, size makes it a bit large for some doors, I had to remove t door jams to get it i, but I love it now that it is installed.

Exactly as described
The tub came shipped just like the pictures of it. I have a small bathroom and the door is not wide enough to bring the tub in. So we cut through the room behind the bathroom to get it in. From there it was as easy as 1-2-3. My man followed the instructions for installation and had it installed and running in no time. I tried it out first, and boy was it wonderful. The massaging and bubbles relaxed me. I stayed in for an hour! The only "complaint" I have is that I wish there was another jet outlet a little bit higher for the mid part of my back. Try it. You'll love it. We do!

Exceptional Value!
Best purchase we have had the pleasure of making. Arrived before quoted delivery date. Very well packaged for shipment. Our contractor found installation easy and encountered no problems. We've enjoyed our tub. The tub drains in under 60 seconds. This tub was installed in a manufactured home and we had no problems....which hasn't always been the case when making changes. Would highly recommend this product.
