AnswerGood morning and thank you for your interest in our EnVivo barn doors. This kit does not require bottom door tracks as it moves by the top sliding track. There is a floor guide included to keep the door in place.

The door is extremely heavy. The box didn’t come with installation instructions but we found them easily on the Home Depot website and there was also a helpful video. My advice would be to make sure the suggested measurements are right for your space as we followed the instructions for the height to hang the door and it ended up being too high. Other than that, installing really isn’t difficult minus how heavy the door itself is. We love it and it’s a great addition as an office door!

A very nice quality kit. The hardware is very smooth and quiet looks fantastic. The door itself is very solid, and heavy. Overall the instructions were OK, it fit perfectly and didn’t need any adjustments or custom fitting. The handle was fine, but I bought a different one to match our regular door hardware. Would buy this kit/brand again.

This door is well made, sturdy, VERY HEAVY and arrived primed and ready to paint. No instructions, but you can get them, along with a quick video, on the home depot website. We got a soft close mechanism and that helped a lot since the door is so heavy and it will now not slam into any one side. Very happy so far.
