2 ft. x 2 ft. 64-Watt Equivalent White Lens Integrated LED Commercial Grid Ceiling Troffer

NIce soft light, east to hang with chains. I have not placed them into a drop ceiling yet, but I expect this process to be fairly simple. I was disappointed in the directions and details of installing a dimmer light to this light. Is there a specific dimmer switch for LED lights?

This light fixture was made for ceiling with tiles but I needed something flush so it work great for my purpose. It was a custom made for me since I did not have standard ceiling tile frame but it was still very easy installation. The five bars LED strips inside the fixture provided excellent lighting for the area I needed the light. It is hard to tell on the pictures (Don't mind extension cord for my Christmas lights) but I am very satisfied with how bright the LED's were.

I needed this for overhead light in a new/future 1/2 bath/laundry room with a drop ceiling though it is temporarily a tool/compressor room and needed light now. Since the finish work and ceiling will come later, I used other wire to hang the light from the rafters until the ceiling is installed. It lights the roughly 6'x15' room sufficiently as I hoped and I really like the smooth white lens, I think it gives a more polished look (you don't see the individual LEDs) than a prismatic lens. It seems well built and the quick connector made the wiring quite simple, you don't need to know much electrical to hook it up. Though it is dimmable, I did not put a dimmer in. If you do want a dimmer, be careful to select a compatible one. A brief list is included in the instructions but LEDs and dimmers can be a confusing subject or at least it is to me. Since the ceiling grid is not in place yet, I can't comment on how well this fixture fits or attaches though it does have built in clips that are supposed to secure it to the grid.

The more of these fixtures you need to install - the better you will like them! This is a 2 1/2" thick backlit (not edge-lit) panel that is truly "universal". It can be wired to any AC 50/60 Hz voltage in the range of 120-277 volts and it's designed to be really fast and easy to wire. You just stick your black and white solid-wire power conductors into the supplied connector and then plug the fixture into the connector. The "input" side of the connector also contains a second set of conductor holes in case you want to run the power wiring on to the next fixture - and so on. Pretty easy and fast. Although the fixture is primarily designed to be dropped into a suspended ceiling utilizing "T" rails, it can also be hung from a ceiling (though it won't look as nice since the whole thickness will be visible, but the fixture is nicely finished in white on all surfaces. If needed, it can be dimmed from 100% to as low as 3% using a 0-10 volt dimmer available from many manufactures such as Leviton, Lutron, Philips and Luxdrive. If you do use a dimmer, you will need to wire to the two (grey and purple color) wires to the dimmer output using wirenuts (not supplied). By the way, you can connect the dimmer to simultaneously control up to 42 fixtures wired for 120 volts, or up to 76 fixtures if you're using 240 volt wiring.The fixture has a hinged white lens that opens and closes easily for cleaning. Since the light source is an array of LEDs with a long life I see no reason to routinely open the lens except to remove any bugs that may find their way inside. The fixture is suitable for damp locations. "What's inside?" you ask. There are 5 rows of 18 LEDs (90 in total) that shine directly on the back-side of the white plastic 'lens" panel. Light output is 3,000 lumens and power usage is 30 Watts. See the photos for more info. The product is made in China. I like this product.

My new 2 ft. x 2 ft. White LED Backlit Lens Commercial Ceiling Troffer by Cordilia was a wonderful addition to my bathroom. The extra light really brightens up my bathroom in the mornings. The LED feature makes it so economical to operate. Installation was easy, just removed a ceiling tile, placed fixture in the open area. The wires for supporting the ceiling were right there so no further support was needed. Then just connected the wiring to the fixture and I was done. This new LED technology makes this light last a lifetime, no lamps to change.This fixture came well packaged, preventing damage.

Not as bright as I thought I should be.

Great replacement for old fluorescent light.

Works perfectly out of the box; easy to install. Have to cut plastic connector to install and not obvious which access panel to use. Additional wires on other access panel not explained.
