Installed to replace a wall sconce in a stairway that needed a lot more light with the dark walls and dark wood steps. We tried every large bulb we could find on the landing and was never happy with the sconce output. Now without any other lighting we can move up and down the stairs and landing easily seeing every step along the way. The first one shipped was dented in the shipment and was immediately replaced by HD.

This is my second of these fixtures. They are very light weight and easy to install. It did take two of us to make sure it was lined up with he other fixture. I did use heavier anchors than those provided. The light is bright, but I don't think it's as bright as claimed. This may be because the light from the LEDs is warm (red) light rather than the florescent (blue) light. I think the warm light makes people look better. I like these as replacements to the cloud type fixture we have had for years. They blend well with the under cabinet lights to make the kitchen feel warm and bright. it is dimmable, but we did not use that feature.

Very nice light. Easy to install and ideal for a kitchen area. You get 3000 Lumens of light for 40W of power consumption. The Rose Gold accents are nice to look at. Not shiny like brass, but have a pretty glow. Comes with everything needed for installation. The lens is easily removeable for cleaning which is a good feature since kitchen lights seem to always pick up some grime over time.

Disappointed in the quality of this light. The opaque lens is made of such a thin material that it is distorted along the point of connection to the base. I tried to show in my pictures how the plastic is drawn in exposing the inside framework of the base. This is poor Made in China quality control. I still wonder why we manufacture fixtures that look like they have bulbs but are LED.

Poor, inconsiderate design makes this device really difficult to install. We had to create an elaborate method of suspending the fixture close to the ceiling while completing the wiring (with a tall step ladder, boards cut to length and many clamps). Also, with a little more thought, the fixture could be designed to be installed in different circumstances. Once installed, with a great deal of effort and bad temper, the light appears to be working well.
We would not purchase this product again.
