this is a nice light weight cap, for a normal head this size will fit, anything else, you will need the next larger size, this hat is nice and soft so you can store in a jacket or pants pocket, it is yellow in color so when wearing it someone can see you from a distance. this should keep your head warm on the coldest of winter mornings. a great product i am proud to wear !

This is a great hat for working outside in the cold. It kept my head warm enough in the Wisconsin weather. It has a little stretch to it to accommodate a larger head. Though the lime is great for safety reasons, and great in the hunting season while walking your dogs, with the gray it looks like it is inside out to me. It does look exactly like the picture but it hit me more when I received it. Maybe it is just because I received it gray side out that it seemed like that. I will still wear it.

Now I like this cap, light - but warm versatile/reversible knit that is stretchable and fits well under a hat, hoody or just everyday ware. The fact that one side is not only a 'Hi-vis lime' for added safety be it work or at play is one plus, but the sides themselves can be used for changing the warm effect and comfort. Best plus for me is that I can keep my head covered for warm driving etc., and pull my hood up outside for even more warmth and back again.

Was hoping the cap/hat would have been warmer under my hard hat. However, I was disappointed my head heat went right out the cap/hat.
Another thing I didn't really care about was that when you have the hat on the lime color side, you have this sticker that you can't remove that appears to me to be an ad for the product. It also proudly notes that the product was NOT made in the USA.
While I am recommending the product, I think it's worth noting that its not the best that I've seen out there

Nice Bean Cap - It's a good size and stretchiness for larger heads with added bonus of being able to easily fold up from bottom if hat is too deep for any heads that can't fill it out. It's lightweight but provides good warmth... warmth equivalent to a hat that would weigh a bit more. Folds up to store in pocket easily; not bulky at all. For the average person, this hat is most appropriate for "real feel" temperatures between 25 - 50 degrees.

Lifesaver on these cold days. Fits well on my big head. Good for a hard hat underlay.
I have a size 7 3/4" hat, and this fits well. I like the reversible nature. The cap is very thin, but keeps you warm. You can put it down over your ears. If you don't like that, you can fold the bottom up a bit and keep it above the ears.
I got to put this cap through its paces on some recent cool December work mornings. As the day warmed up, and I got hot from the work, it was easy to take off and stuff in a pocket because it is so small.
Final bonuses:
- Looks good, especially the green
- Because it is thin, fits under a hard hat

I ride my bicycle sixteen to twenty miles three times a week. Some mornings the temperature starts out in the fifties. That air whizzing through my helmet is chilling. I was excited to find a light weight cap that would fit under my helmet. The Ergodyne cap is one size fits all so it fits snug but is comfortable. I will be the envy of the bike club the winter as we ride through The Villages.

I love this knit cap!! It's not as heavy/thick as the typical knit cap, but still thick enough to provide warmth on chilly days. It contours around the head/over the ears quite nicely (Photo #1) and is reversible with one side being a bright lime color to provide high contrast in low visibility conditions (Photo #2). Finally, while thicker than a skull cap, it is thin enough to allow safety gear such as a hard hat, welders mask, ... to be worn over the top (Photo #3). I love this cap!

Great hat for keeping you both warm and safe. Bright green on one side. Black on the other. When you use the green side, the tag has a reflective coating. Great for running, camping etc.
The hat is medium weight. Will keep you warm on most days, but you will need something heaving for very cold days.

This is somewhere between a light and medium weight cap. The gray side has a smooth, silk-like, surface. The lime side is slightly plush. Both sides are comfortable against the skin. Its one size fits all, and it has a bit of stretch to it so it will fit most but the smallest heads. The stitching seems very strong and its machine washable.
I prefer rolling up the bottom a bit and wearing it more as a beanie - see pic.
Its a nice cap and I would definitely recommend it.
