Too Much Slop
Don't buy this hinge if you need tight tolerances. There is too much play between the hinge barrels and pin that even if the hinge is tightly secured, your hinged item will sag and move. I went to the other colour home center got a good Canadian made one.

Extremely loose hinge
I bought this 12" piano hinge for a small utility access door in a closet. It is securely fastened to the door and the door frame, but the hinge itself is extremely loose, which allows the door to easily move in its frame. There is too much play between the hinge leaves and the hinge pin. I wish I had noticed the lack of quality of this hinge before I purchased it.

We will see how good this product is after some use. I converted an old dresser into a woodworking chest. I modify the top of the dresser so that the top of the dress opens upward. I used the Everbilt hinges (2 hinges) to hold the top. So far it's working as I expected.
