Has the airlock hole in the pipe and has been installed and working great for the past 8-9 months. Is there a quick fix for this or do I gotta get dirty??..
Asked by: Budlow666
You of course have a check valve in the outflow pipe that works properly?

Can this be used to pump out the water in an above-ground pool? Is it okay to put into water as deep as 4 ft?
Asked by: Johnny
This pump is designed to remove water from a basement basin system (sump pump application). Then the switch is activated by rising water levels then it will pump the water out the discharge pipe. If you need further information please contact us at 844-883--1872. Thanks

can I use this in a basement system that has a toilet. The basin serves the toilet a sink shower and washer

Asked by: dewey
This pump is NOT recommended for use with a toilet discharge into the basin. Please note that a sewage pump would be more suited for your task. Contact us at 844-883-1872 for additional details and allow us to answer any of your questions. Thanks.

Airlock

The video install indicates the need to drill a hole in pvc for airlock. However, pump had a tag on it indicating it already had a hole in it for airlock needs. I did not drill the pvc hole because of the tag on the unit. I assume that I am good here?
Asked by: Alex
Alex, Yes you would be fine. An additional "weep hole" would not affect the pump, however as you mentioned there is already a "weep hole" built into the pump allowing for a defense against air locking the pump. For additional information please contact us at 844-883-1872. Thanks.
