Questions & Answers

Protecting against mice

Asked by: Patti
Patti. Do what I did in my Attic (stop Leaves/Birds/etc.) , at the (2) Air Vents I have up there. Cut TWO SQUARES of this stuff to measurements of whatever hole/entrance you have to stop Mice. Put/Attach the FIRST one to size squarely. The second square, put against the first, BUT, the corners should be at 12/3/6/ and 9 O'Clock respectively (position per your problem). Like others have commented, Mice are very industrious, and smart, but my procedure makes the holes veryvery tiny. Also buy the Home Depot Galvanized Staples, or use a big Staple Gun if need be. Beats buying a " Do Not Enter Sign ". Good Luck.
