These are wood lag bolts. Cap says "BDM" Made in China, so who knows for sure. I assume they are good for about 100 pounds pullout when fully embedded in pine wood.

These are the correct screws for my 2x6 decking. Warning - If your bit slips in the screw head, remove the screw and toss it. Once the bit slips, either the bit or the screw is stripped or both. Not worth driving damaged screws, in case you need to remove it later.

They got the job done
I used these to secure some timbers that made up our front stairs, I did snap off one of the bolt heads, but the others were fine. I was cranking on the bolt pretty hard with an extension so it was expected.
