Is it stainless steel?
This hardware cloth resists rust with galvanized steel.
Is this a good/safe option to use for a duck enclosure? Specifically to keep out foxes, skunks, raccoons, etc. in Tennessee.
For the strongest enclosure, we recommend backing a welded wire fence with hardware cloth. This provides the rigidity of welded wire with the tight mesh size of hardware cloth for the best of both options.
I'm trying to keep rats from burrowing under my vinyl fence. After burying it in the dirt, any suggestions on how to secure the top near the vinyl
Zip ties will likely work well for you.
Bent in an L shape (lower part buried) to keep skunks from getting under a pier and been house, but can't find a good adhesive to attach the top to the stucco skirting. Any other suggestions? Homeowner won't drilling into the stucco.

Are the holes small enough to keep out mice?
I recommend considering hardware cloth using 1/4 inch mesh.
Can I buy 15ft of this instead of a whole roll?
No. We do not currently offer our hardware cloth in 15-foot rolls.
I would like to use this, or similar, to cover an in-ground fountain pump (4 x 4 hole) to be topped with river rock or landscape glass (approx 150 lbs). Will this hold up to the weight of that if I place a few supports (e.g., milk crates?) underneath?
Our hardware cloth is not recommended to be used to carry structural load.
