What the the strength capacity? How sturdy will this be?

AnswersThe profile is made of 6063 aluminum alloy. This is a medium strength alloy and is the most common alloy in the aluminum series. Tensile Strength is 200 MPA. Shear Strength of 162 MPA.

AnswersI'm guessing no, but cutting it yourself is easy with a simple hacksaw. Start the cut by pulling the saw toward you a few times to make a notch, then gently and lightly begin the back-and-forth sawing.

I purchased several aluminum bars for a cargo trailer conversion....

I purchased several aluminum bars for a cargo trailer conversion. They helped to finish corners and edges. I use them instead of the wood edge finishers for durability and a more permanent look. They were easy to cut to size and after filing the rough edges it made for a professional look. I recommend the aluminum bars for diy projects. Thanks home depot.
