I currently have a few of these in large picture frame that I use for magnets. I would like to get rid of the frames and cover a whole wall from floor to ceiling and wall to wall with these sheets. What is the best way to adhere these to the wall. Should I use screws to anchor them into the wall or adhesive to glue them to the wall. I suspect screws would hold better abut the glue is probably easier and will look better. If I were to use adhesive which one should I use?
Asked by: Questionasker
I hung a sheet on the wall by drilling holes in the corners of the sheet and a few more along the top. Then I put tarp grommets in each hole. I hung the sheet with monkey hooks in the top grommets, and nails angling up in the bottom grommets (it held flat better that way). I think you could also use a screw and washer (tarp grommet is bigger hole than screw head) to attach to wall. If you found smaller grommets you wouldn't need a washer. It would give you kind of an industrial look, and you could remove the sheets easily in the future if you chose to.

can it be welded?

can it be welded?
Asked by: ME
In Summary, while 26 gauge may be skillfully welded, continuous welding may lead to burn-through if welding equipment settings and weld technique is not correctly applied. MOST IMPORTANTLY, one would need to remove zinc coating before attempting to weld. Removal of the zinc coating may degrade the material to the extent that welding 26 gauge / 0.022” (galv. Sheet) becomes impractical.
