Useful for providing mobility to items about the shop, either directly attached or when used to fabricate a “movers dolly”, these casters (with a 90 pound rating) are soft enough to quietly move about and hard enough to hold up when rolled about tiled or smooth concrete floors. The swivel ball bearings come sufficiently greased to allow easy rotation and the “axle” bolt is secured with an elastic stop nut. Slightly thicker than 1/16 inch, the mounting plate and wheel “yoke” should stand up to the 90 pound rating. Four holes in the mounting plate (for ¼ inch hardware) are provided (on 1 inch and 2 ¼ inch centers) to secure the caster in place. The casters are free swiveling and free rolling (no wheel or swivel brakes). Removal of the axle bolt will permit removal of the caster wheel, should one want to weld the mounting plate to something, without damaging the wheel. All in all a useful utility caster.

Replaced the metal angle wheels on my "creeper dolly" for under carriage automotive work. Metal wheels were hard to maneuver while on my back...These rubber wheels work great with out strain.

I had a friend install these 2 non locking wheels...
I had a friend install these 2 non locking wheels plus two locking swivel wheels on the bottom of a stereo cabinet. The lock on one of the locking wheels seems sticky, but these two are perfect. Couldn't be happier!
