many uses for this product. and so easy to use, interior or exterior use if coated properly with a primer and paint. easy to bend into a 90 if needed. item is only 2 inches in length. but has 2 holes on each end providing a more secure hold than a standard 2 hole plate or 90. would work great for certain repairs of furniture or cabinets. or even craft projects,

Everbilt makes a wide variety of mending plates and braces, and these things are indispensable for any DIY'er. You may not know what you're going to need them for yet, but you will need them. These particular ones are 2 inch mending plates, suitable for outdoor use as they are zinc plated.
I've used them for straightening and supporting shelves, keeping fences together, reinforcing cabinets, etc. I try to keep a reasonable assortment on hand, even though, as you probably know, you will not have exactly the one you need so will be making a trip to Home Depot anyway.
So - inexpensive, indispensable, versatile - that about covers it.
