ENOUGH FOR FOUR DOORS ,WITH THREE PER DOOR
Anonymous - they are indeed BLACK!
I had a very difficult time even budging the pin. Finally i took out an air compressor and a palm hammer and with two strikes the bottom hinge pin hit the ceiling. This method probably isnt recommended and id definitely suggest wearing some eye protection.
PEOPLE, open the hinge before you try to knock out the pin!
I bought these hinges in a 2-pack and the screws were were 3/4”. I bought a 24 value box and they were 1”. Btw, if you get satin nickel hinges, the screws don’t match. They are shiny chrome.
Pretty sure it's just one.
No, they're just stacked in a box, then there's a big bag with all of the screws.
They way I'm doing it is to remove a single hinge and then install the new one. That way I don't have to remove the door or try to balance it somehow. The other two hinges hold it in place.
Shot answer - with a ruler :) Sorry could not hold myself. Please see "Product Overview" section for pictures. I reattached them for your convenience.
The 5/8 radius is bigger so less steel. The 1/4" radius is smaller meaning more steel in the coner of the hinge. The 1/4" may require you to chisel out the corners of the mortise on the door jam to fit if it is a 5/8" radius.
