Q:I just got 2 of these. I can hardly operate the hinge. Bpth are the same. is this normal, Or did I get 2 faulty hinges? The pins do not come out and are not adjustable as far as I can tell.

A:  These hinges have no "slop". They have bushings in them and are stiff for a reason. Don't sweat it.

        A:  The Everbilt 3-1/2 in. Zinc-Plated Heavy Duty Tee Hinge should operate freely without resistance nor are they adjustable. Consider returning for replacements.

              A:  This Everbilt 3-1/2 in. Zinc-Plated Heavy Duty Tee Hinge sold as 1 pc. Use a minimum of two hinges and as long as you do not exceed the weight limit of 60lbs per hinge.
