        A:  Mounting the Everbilt 3-1/2 in. Black Heavy-Duty Tee Hinge to concrete block should not be an issue as long as appropriate concrete anchors and fasteners are used.

          Q:Is it rated 60lbs or 50lbs? The new packing contains exactly the same hinge and stock number but the new packs say 50lbs versus 60lbs that were bought recently.

          A:  I used heavier screws when I mounted the hinge and it seems okay with 60lb. I have another set I used on a garden gate with hatdware that came with it and i would feel comfortable with 60lb on it.

              Strong Heavy Duty Hinges
              These are the perfect hinges for my new shed door. The matching black screws look to be a #7 or #8 and are long enough to firmly support the door. It would be nice if they were a little longer for security’s sake, but they do the job. The hinges look great on the door and frame. I would buy these again
