Unit disassembled itself within 30 days of Install.
I purchased this unit on or around January 16th 2021. I installed it using the included vague directions. On 2/14/21 the unit stopped pumping all together. The bolts holding the motor and impeller to the bell housing backed out and the impeller couldn't create any lift because water was being sprayed all over the sump pit. No where in the directions does it say to tighten the pump housing bolts. THIS IS NOT HOW I AND MY WIFE WANTED TO SPEND VALENTINES DAY!

Easy to install, made of heavy duty materials. I upgraded from a 1 1/2 inch pipe to a 2 inch pipe.

After replacing the check valve in conjunction with the pump, this unit is outstanding. It is being used in a basement sewer ejection system, pushing laundry and a full bath, with ease. It is fast and quiet.

      A Very Quiet Pump!!
Our previous 6/10hp sewage pump failed during the warranty period. Called up the manufacture 'Everbilt' and the Rep - 'Katie' was very helpful and provided us with the RGA # for the item so that we were able to return to our local HomeDepot for an exchange once we provided our original receipt. The new pump 3/4hp is definitely quieter in comparison to the 6/10hp. Hopefully it will last longer this time around. Last but not least, do save the power cord before you toss away the old pump! Because both the HomeDepot and the manufacture will need it back in order to process the return or exchange. In short, very pleased with the company that stands behind their product(s) through its warranty program.

Thank you for your review and for letting us know that our Team is doing a good job of providing help and answers. While no one wants to have a failed pump, it does happen (regardless of brand). The sewage pump(s) that you bought do come with a piggy-back switch, meaning the pump and the switch have separate power cords. This helps in determining what the issue are with the pump. If it is a switch issue, then it is an easy replacement and you can plug the pump cord into the receptacle and pump down the pit so you have a cleaner area to work in,

High volumn but very low head pressure Said it would lift 28 feet but only was able to do about 15 feet. Cost me a bundle to did up a second time and replace the pump with a smalle, cheaper but more powerful model that would lift 30 feet
