I just got these and they are a little over 1/4" tall (right around 5/16")
Hi, the adhesive on these bumpers will stick to a wood surface, it is important to clean the surface before adhering to ensure the best hold. The images of the bumpers accurately show the finish on the product, and please note, these bumpers will provide some 'grip' for your items. If you are looking for something to slide easily across surfaces, we would recommend adhesive felt pads.
Mel, thank you for your question. These are not recommended to be used near heat sources, but yes they can be used for an outdoor table.
Depends. I’d say if the upholstery is laid flat on the side that faces the wall surface AND this thing adheres to the upholstery (it’s just a stick on, they don’t do well with material that shreds away, all stick ons in general). And you put them at maybe 4 inch intervals between each other alongside the length or area you don’t want the upholstery to touch the wall (because the furniture I’m sure will have some bend to it) then yes. Put it in a grid pattern 2 inches apart and I guarantee that part it is applied on flat upholstery will not touch anything for the simple reason that this is there. :) I personally don’t think it will hold well to upholstery at all so I’d find some other way of securing your furniture away from the wall by either measuring out the max distance from the chair to the wall and securing it to that spot with rubber stoppers and tape markings on the floor or putting a rail on the wall where the furtnitue woild hit. I use them for the door levers that has an affinity for hitting the dry wall when opened, they’re nice thick and protective but even on a metallic surface, they peel off every so often so I have to put them back up with some double sided tape or rugby adhesive
Yes, this product would stick to a glass table top.
