No
Yes, that’s what I used it for. It’s kinda pricey but works fine. I used hot glue gun to fasten.
I would not recommend it being used for tug-of-war games. Sisal is rough and can be quite abrasive to skin, To the point of very well defining "rope burn". Personally, when I am using sisal rope in a project, I wear coated gloves if it's a protracted use/job, This in spite of having years of callus [ coated because cloth gloves will catch. pinch and bind on the sisal] While more expensive, I would use a heavy smooth polypropylene or even a manila rope, . Either might rope burn, but not as badly as the sisal
The longevity of the sisal rope will depend on the location and the weather. With that being said, it should be more than adequate for multiple seasons as a trellis.
Yes i late
The rope says 8 lbs on the package. If it weighs more, I wouldn't do it.
Have used this on my cat tree twice in a two year period , First time to replace what came with the tree, second time to replace the torn up first wrapping,, Have observed no ill effects on any of my three cats who all scratch/claw on it, While I do not know if there are any chemical treatments involved, Can state that it has had no effect on my cats
No I cannot guarantee that there are not chemicals on the rope that could hurt your Parrot.
The gasoline smell is terrible, I can't use it in my house. Going to return it.
no idea, best course would be contacting the supplier
