A: I believe there is an error in these dimensions listed. This should read 25 ft and not 25" in length. This 25' length is the only offering for this 3" duct.

I used this duct to attach a cold smoking unit...

I used this duct to attach a cold smoking unit to an electric smoker. It is working perfectly in that application because the cold smoke unit as well as the smoker operate and fairly low temperatures (well below the rated temperature on the duct).

Not 8 feet..

Who is marketing this stuff? Package says 3” x 8’, pulling as tight as I could without separating it I was able to stretch it to 6’. Maybe I can get another couple inches out of it, but definitely not 2 more feet. The quality is OK, but label the stuff realistically so you know that you need to buy 2 of them while still in the store if you need to reach 8’

false advertisement

I needed a 92 inch duct. you would think something advertised to be 8 foot long would be 8 foot long. the most I could expand this duct was just over 7 feet. I had to buy additional duct work to complete my project. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED IT TO RUN 8 FEET.
