Works Great!
Works great. It was a little hard to start screwing it in. I determined my thumb and fingers were not strong enough to hold it straight when threading it into the hot water heater. So, I gently held the new element with a pair of pliers and I was able to get the threads started. Now, I have nice hot water again.
