Asked by David January 24, 2021Hello David, We only have a heavy duty floor grille (no damper on the back) in a 4" x 24", our model is "154R 04X24". Home Depot does not carry the 4" x 24" but you can look at the model "E154R 04X14" on Home Depot's website as reference. If you would like to order the model "154R 04X24", you will need to go into your local Home Depot store and at the Pro Desk place a special order for our model "154R 04X24".

Asked by Linda August 18, 2020The slits on top shows the direction of airflow and the slits underneath can be open or closed fully or partially. But it does open to point up or down but as you go it starts to close and if you go down it starts to close kind of like opening and closing blinds. Hope that helps

What are the outside dimensions? I want to cut baseboard to fit.
Asked by Jen July 5, 2020Hello Jen, The over all outside-to-outside dimensions on this specific model/size are 7-1/2" x 13-1/2". Are you sure this is the correct model for your application? Unless your duct opening in your floor is very close to the wall, you should not have to cut your baseboard for a floor register.
