Yes, but it will be extremely long.
This would be overkill. 5 chains staggered (2 front, 3 rear) would be good for 4-5 tons
Straps may work out better but the chains are very useful

I use 5 of the chains to pull large trees out of a river. I cut the trees to 3,000 # sections to match my tractor. The rated strength is 4700 pounds so it would require a large piece of equipment to break it.
Grade 70 5/16" working load limit is 4700lbs. Also, should not be used for overhead lifting.
They are made in China per the label on the packaging.
Grade 70 chain is tough to cut with traditional bolt cutters or a recip blade.
This chain is VERYYYYYY heavy. Only a great Dane or some other horse like that would be able to drag it.
