A:  Bitfit - This rod doesn't attach to a wall, it is supported by brackets mounted to wall studs to support the weight of the rod and the contents.

    A:  Rods do no carry a weight capacity rating. The maximum weight ratings are determined by the bracket used when mounted to wall studs.

        A:  There is a tension aparatus inside. When you twist it, it tightens up very well. My 4 year old son used this for pull-ups and hanging upside down in the doorway. He's 8 now, so cant do it anymore. Seriously!

            Great! Doesn't need rod wall holders, unless you got no support beams/columns.
            Rods are solid steel, and look professional. I wasn't exactly sure how they would mount on the wall, but included with each pole are two wall hooks on either end, which makes the pole sit flush against the wall. In my closet, the rods are supported by wood columns, or sectionals. Had I known the pictured wall hooks were included, I wouldn't have bought the rod holders sold on here (which are a yucky plastic cream-not even white, and the open part where rod sits is oversized, looks like a poor fit).

            Great product!
            This rod is super sturdy, easy to install and works really well. I actually used it as a room divider and hung curtains from it and it was perfect for even a 120" room!
