We got rid of our chickens, so I am converting the old coop into a garden shed. First step was replacing the old door hardware to a more-substantial hinge and latch. This kit includes everything you need, right down to screws packed in separate bags for the hinges, the latch, and the latch bar. If you need them, it includes some easy-to-understand instructions on the back of the package. This is a fantastic kit to install a door! The hinges are strong T-style that I prefer for outside doors, and the latch closes firmly and easily. It is easy to install and if I decide to make a door on the side of this building, it will transfer easily. .

Building or rebuilding a gate? I was and this is the set is a perfect all-in-one combo! Although not fancy or decorative, this strong, sturdy set of hinges, handle, and locking latch gives you everything you need for your fence gate project. The set is made out of galvanized metal so it should last a long time in the outdoors and I have found Everbilt products to be of excellent quality. The set is easy to install (well, as easy as any other gate set I have installed). The hinges are not self closing (no spring mechanism) so keep that in mind, but for a large or heavy gate that you want to move things in and out of one yard space to another these are perfect. Really good product.

This gate hinge set includes all the screws, two hinges, handle and latch mechanism. The back of the package says it will only support 50 pounds per hinge. I would not think this set will support a very wide gate. I have a six foot gate to allow my lawn mower through. The six foot gate is more than a 100 pounds. However, it should work great for a four foot gate or smaller. Everything is galvanized including the screws. I specifically like the automatic latch. I have used a similar hinge set on my chicken coop and it works great. The hinges, the most critical part of any gate, look to be very sturdy and very well made.

These well galvanized light weight gate or light weight exterior door hinges are strong, rust resistant and have a smooth action. They come with galvanized Phillips head screws that do not strip out when driving them in.
The equally well galvanized hasp and handle are also well made with full rust resistant galvanized coated steel as these are being used on a greenhouse door, the galvanized steel was the best choice in that humid environment. The handle is large enough to easily grab the handle with my large sized hand and the screws are long enough, (approx 3/4” to hold securely.

I received Everbilt galvanized gate tee hinge, latch and pull set. Let me tell you, these hinges are very heavy duty. The galvanized finish looks to be pretty good and this will help to prevent rust here in Western Washington. I have an old shed I built over 20 years ago and the hinges are about wore out. The instructions are written very good and looks like they will be easy to follow. The set comes with all the screws needed. I talked to my Grandson and he is going to help me replace my old hinges on the shed during his Christmas break. The latch even has a place to add a padlock if you need one. The quality of these hinges look to be very good.

We have a couple dog runs with wooden fencing and gates. The current standard gate hardware didn't hold up well against the elements so I decided to get this Everbilt Galvanized Gate Tee Hinge, Latch and Pull Set. Being galvanized, it should hold up well to the elements and not rust. The working load limit for each individual hinge is fifty pounds. You'll need an eighth inch bit for the hinge holes, 3/32 inch bit for the latch holes and a 7/64 inch bit for the latch bar and handle. Would have been nice if the required bit size was the same for the latches and handle at least. Does not come with an outside operation pull wire.

This Everbilt set contains two gate hinges with a working load of 50 pounds each; a two-piece self-latching fastener; a handle; and screws for all of the hardware. The set is made with galvanized steel which will resist rust. The pre-drilled holes in the hinges are offset to reduce the possibility of the wood splitting. Purchasing a set like this eliminates the possibility of forgetting something needed in order to complete the project. There is a padlock hole in the latch hardware to allow for locking the gate. I expect this set to last many years while fully exposed to the weather.

This Everbilt set is an all-in-one pack as it includes the handle, the two piece gate latch, galvanized screws, as well as a pair of 8 inch tee hinges. The screw holes in the hinges are offset which reduces the splitting of the wood. The included screws are not all the same size, and the heads for the latch are different from the ones for the hinges. The latch has a hole for a padlock for extra security. While I have not yet built the gate, the hinges will work whether the gate swings inward or out; and that is a great feature.

This Everbilt gate hardware set is very heavy duty and high quality. All of the pieces are made of thick metal with a very thick galvanized coating. The galvanizing appears to be done with the "hot-dipped" process which the most durable coating. The hinges are large and well made, if I'm doing the work to build a large gate I want the hardware to be over engineered so that it will not fail in years to come. Also nice that high quality fasteners are included.

Ok, I bought this based on an image...my mistake. I did not realize that it didnt come with the hardware to open the gate from both sides (drill a hole through the fence, attach a wire and a pull loop is not my idea of "hardware"). However, I think I can use most of the parts and take the pull/push mechanism from my old latch. The material itself appears to be very solid, and galvanized is a bonus in the salty weather.
