Q:The faceplate does not sit flush with the wall. The center sits proud of the outer ring. Help!

A:  If the faceplate doesn't sit flush with the tile wall then the valve is set to far forward. A plumber needs to be called to readjust.

      Q:I was going to purchase the Everbuilt trim kit but zero installation instructions. When you click on installation instructions it has a Kissler? product but no trim kit. Where are the installation instructions so I can see how difficult this will be???

        Home Depot only had this trim kit, that would fit my valve. Have to agree with Tubjob, the tolerances are too big, the handle, once installed, slides right over the stop lip of the sleeve.
