        A:  If it is a shrub that has separate branching that you wish to highlight. Think of it like an octopus that has a center and legs radiating from that center. I used mine in a Xmas pot that had many red twig dogwood branches in the center of the pot and I was able to wind a lighted wire up 10 of the branches. A beautiful display.

        I purchased these very pricey lights (2 sets) for a special application on a clients front porch....
        I purchased these very pricey lights (2 sets) for a special application on a clients front porch. Seemed to work as anticipated until this past week. They had been installed for less than a month and one of the strands has stopped working. They will light when I am wiggling the plug.There seems to be a short(maybe) at the hub where the wire strand enters the converter. It would be a disaster to unassemble the display and try to replace the strand. I am unwilling to subject a client to undue hassle. I had to fill in with regular miniature lights. NOT the same! You can bet after the season is over they will be removed and returned! Boo!
