The "EveryDrop" water dispenser works very well. I was concerned about what it wasn't actually filtering but supposedly it's as good as the pitcher filters with lead removal. I only buy the filters that remove lead and this is supposed to as well. With that being the case it works better than having to keep reaching into the refrigerator and always filling up the pitcher filter. The difference now is choosing colder water from the pitcher in the refrigerator to drink vs tap temperature. But since I put it in honestly it's being used a lot more than the pitcher now so it I guess it's not a big deal.
It's an easy enough install and a added benefit is that the water going to ice maker gets filtered too.

Great idea but design flaw in water lines
The water lines that connect to water and fridge should not be a 2 part thing! They come ungluded easily and water damage is a pain.
Product is a great idea but change the water feed connectors and let me know asap please!

Love it! But...
I got my new new refrigerator with dispenser a week ago. I love them both. My only problem is one of the hose tubes came unglued and re-gluing didn't help. An annoyance, but still like having filtered water. I'll have to call for a replacement I guess.

Waited so long for something like this!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a little over a month ago and it’s been great! We have it hooked up to our ice maker as well and have had no problems with pressure. It has saved us having to purchase a new fridge that has a water dispenser on it (because having three boys, we drink a LOT of water) and the convenience of putting it where it can easily be accessed has been so helpful. The only con we had was that the magnets fell off the plastic tubes that guide the water hoses to the back of the fridge. That was easily fixed with a little bit of super glue. My boys think the bottom is hard to push, but it relies on the water pressure, so that makes sense. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!

We LOVE our EveryDrop dispenser!

This is an example of a great product that many people missed. This item is exceptionally easy to install and should work for many years with no maintenance needed. I believe that refrigerator manufacturers don't want people to get their hands on it because it will eliminate the need for a new refrigerator just because the Ice Maker or water filter is not working!
