Assembly took 2-3 hours start to finish and the box included absolutely everything I needed minus the tools. Drill/ drill bits/ screwdrivers, basic stuff. After the startup procedure to break in the filters, the water is absolutely amazing. We're on a well, and have a softener. The water has always tested well on quality tests, but the taste of the water has never been all that great. This system makes an enormous difference and if you use it enough, the reservoir actually keeps the water fairly cool. Would recommend 100%, and did, to my other friend who is also on a well and buying bottled water.

6 Stage RO UV Water Sterilizer
I purchased this filtration system for our well water supply. The water has always tested clean so I didn't need a whole house filter but we've got a lot of new construction going on in our neighborhood, and we're surrounded by farmland where some of the owners spray indiscriminately, so we decided to be proactive.
This is probably one of best DIY kits I've ever worked with (and I do a lot of DIY projects). I used both the instruction manual and the installation video and never ran into any confusion or glitches (both guides are excellent). Admittedly it took me about four hours but I was intentionally working slowly to avoid catastrophic leaks, and I was working in a pretty tight space under the sink. I did have one leak at startup that was my error: the filter canisters should look like the illustration when installed (label facing front). I didn't tighten the GAC filter completely and yes, of course, I had a leak. I caught it quickly so no harm done, and it was the only leak I experienced.
Additionally, I don't think I've ever purchased any kit that was packaged as well as this product was, and none of the parts were missing. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great service, good product
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now and i’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service. I had my furnace quit while away on vacation and had the filter bodies break when they froze. The leak stopper worked as it was supposed to and kept the water from running out when the water thawed. I had new filter bodies shipped out with help from customer service and was back to filtered water in five days. Free shipping and a good price for the filters is a plus. The system works as advertised and we would not hesitate to buy another should the need arise.

Efficient well built System
I had another RO system and replaced it with the express system, the express system uses less bypass water and holds better system pressure than the other system I had. This systems use of check valves seems to help allot. It is priced Fairly and does not use Proprietary cartridge filters, and that means it has a lower long term operating cost also.

Easy installation system. Good quality
This system arrived in 2 days. It contained the extra Brushed Nickel Faucet I paid extra for. It was already inserted in the box of parts. The parts also include everything you need. No going back to the hardware store for anything. Quality was very good. Most filter parts were already pre-assembled. I installed this system in about 3 hours taking my time. Worked great right away. Thank you for the easy install.

No Leaks
Easy to install, no drilling if you use the sink hole for a standard sprayer. You will need to plug the sprayer water line hole using a cap, mine was 1/4" pipe thread.
Instructions could not have been written better, very easy to follow. You will need to supply your own screws to attach unit to a wall. The filter cases have flat bottoms, so the wall screws only need to keep the unit from falling over.
You can taste the difference between store or machine filtered water versus your new RO system. You're going to be happy.
