Nice looking gloves-stitching issue.
Good looking gloves, but the stitching on the right thumb is already pulling after less than a month aftet purchase.

This is my first pair of “fingerless” gloves. Actually, it’s only the tips of my fingers and thumbs that are uncovered. Having the tips exposed enables me to manipulate things in ways that I can’t when my hands are fully gloved. The gloves are very comfortable. The straps with hook and loop fasteners are easy to close and they keep the gloves securely in place on my hands without being too tight, even when my hands get sweaty, . So far, I’ve used the gloves mostly for yard work: shoveling, raking and hauling dirt. When the gloves got too dirty, I hand washed them in some soapy water, then rinsed them and squeezed out as much water as possible before hanging them to dry. It hasn’t turned cold yet, but I expect that the gloves will be useful to wear during cold weather tasks when I want to keep my hands warm while maintaining the ability to use the tips of my fingers, like when working on my car or doing outside maintenance. The firm grip large pro gloves were made in China.

The gloves to my surprise we're really well fitting. I wasn't sure how to feel since its fingerless but they come in great handy when needing to text or use the phone. The gloves were nice material. I tried to see if they would break easily so I pulled them apart and they wouldn't budge. So I know what I need them for won't be tearing apart anytime soon.

The main benefit with these gloves as with other fingerless types is the preservation of dexterity of the uncovered finger tip which is lost with a full glove. This lets you easily pick up small hardware and manipulate buttons (and touchscreens) without taking the gloves off. The padding in the back of the gloves does well to protect my hand and main knuckles but those in the fingers don't quite get covered so I've still been scraping those knuckles in small areas. Overall the protection is pretty good and the palms have a good grip for most medium duty uses.

I had a chance today to use my new Pro Grip Fingerless Gloves while cutting wood with my chain saw today. The grip palm design gave me a good grip on the handles of the chain saw. The Velcro strap on the back of the glove kept the glove snug while working. The breathable knit construction kept my hands dry from sweat. The padded back on top of the glove protected my hands when dragging logs to the saw buck to be cut to length. These new gloves have a new home in my chain saw case. I like them and would recommend them to a friend.

As I get older and wiser I’ve learned that wearing safety equipment like a good pair of gloves is important. This is true in many scenarios such as working on the car, hauling brush, or carrying boards. These gloves fit well and have decent padding on the back. They don’t impede my hand movements. The fingertips are open which makes it easier for me to hold a small screw.

The Pro Fingerless” gloves by Grease Monkey (Model 32102-06, Made in China) are reasonable gloves at a reasonable price. I ordered “large” but they fit more like a medium and are a bit difficult to remove. I like the textured grip for the top and heel of the palm, but miss the padding I have on other fingerless gloves. The “knuckle protectors” on the back are great protection, and the velcro wrist straps hold the glove securely. There's lots of double stitching throughout, but it's missing where it's needed most – on the fingers. Given that the only way to remove the gloves is pulling on the finger tabs, I suspect the gloves won't last long. There are better gloves at only slightly higher price, but for occasional and potentially disposable use, these are a pretty fair deal.

Whether I’m handling small screws or unexpectedly replying to a text, I really appreciate being able to use my fingertips. No glove can match the dexterity you have with bare fingers. Because they’re light and flexible you may think they aren’t “heavy duty” or “tough”. But, they have the extra protection and strength in all the right places to make them so. Sometimes fingerless gloves are difficult to take off because there’s no finger to grab, but these have a little tab on each opening for just that purpose. Fingerless gloves are the best of both: they protect my hands while still allowing me to do the things that I could only do without them.
