Great camo pattern, thin base layer, good sun protection
This is a very thin and comfortable shirt. It’s thin, and the polyester, tech-style material dries quickly in the wind to help keep you cool. I’ve worn it while working outside in the sun and it’s a little warm, but it keeps me from burning. It’s good for warm sunny weather to keep the sun off of you, and not have to wear sunscreen.
It’s also thin enough to be worn as a base layer for the winter. I’ll probably use it as an undershirt in the cooler months, or as a workout shirt. I ordered it in large. It fits great. It’s just tight enough to wear under something well, but not so tight that it’s constricting.
The camo pattern is neat..better than a plain solid color shirt, or something just gray. And it’s not an old school “woodland camo” type with simple color blobs. It makes me think of an ocean or of swirling paint. I like it.

Super nice shirt!
This is a super nice shirt. The fit is comfortable and is sized as expected - average person. The material is breathable and feels nice on the skin. The style is great for casual wear, work, camping, hiking, hunting, or fishing. The sleeves are the perfect length but if you get too warm they slide up the arm easily and stay in place. It holds up well in the laundry and doesn't shrink. I really like this shirt and am glad to have it in my wardrobe.

Good for lots of things
I got two of these work shirts, more for sports than work. I got one in blue and one in gray, as you can see. They are great for sun protection, and on cooler days when you don't quite want a sweater. My first use was actually swimming, to keep from getting sunburned. Turns out they are really good for that, they don't balloon-up in the water like many, they stay nice and snug even when wet. Also good for running, cycling, and many other activities. Sizing is pretty good, if you order an XL you get an XL. Machine wash cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low, or just hand wash. No flaws in the stiching or material.

These shirts feel soft on the skin. They are an SPF 50 to make slime excellent for use in the sun. The camo pattern is ok, a solid color would be nice. I actually got these for use on the lake in my kayak, however my wife has started using then to work in the yard, wear to the pool, and use as a sun shirt. They come in both crew neck and a hooded version. They are great for work or recreational use.

I am received with this item, I have tried the firm grip brand once before, and I love their shirts, including the sleeved shirt that I received from them. This sleeved shirt is made of a certain of mesh under your arm pits which works well under warm to hot weather. Furthermore, the material of the shirt is made of 10% spandex and 90% polyester. I had this sleeved shirt for little while now, I think that this sleeved shirt has met mine expectation.

It is very comfortable and soft. Good stretch for full movement.
It is light weight, yet very durable... perfect for all his dirty tough jobs.
Shirt is quick dry, and has special breathable section under the arm pits, which is a great added feature.
It is perfect for layering, or for wearing by itself.
Good quality material, good fit. Fit size is accurate.
We are definitely going to buy more.

This seems like a better quality version of workout and training tops. It’s more comfortable yet feels stronger and more durable.
The pics I took make the blues look a bit lighter than they actually are.
The colors are rich and accurate for their intended uses.
Note it does seem to run slightly big. I typically find XL gear to be tight fitting throughout. With this it’s a comfortable fit across the chest and shoulders with a little extra material for the lower arms and stomach and waste than I’m used to.
But my shape is more of a V so guys with a bit more around the belly and thicker forearms might feel right at home.
Overall, zero criticisms. It’s a very nice product. Now granted 3 years of use will better quality me to judge it’s overall quality than 3 weeks, but, so far, so good!

The quality is noticeable immediately. Straight out of the package, I knew this was going to be a nice work shirt. The FIRM GRIP Men's X-Large Gray Performance Long Sleeved Shirt is lightweight and so soft. The armpits have a breathable material sewn in. It is loose fitting too. I wore this new shirt while working outside on a 100-degree sunny day and this shirt made the heat bearable. I always wear long sleeves to keep the sun from burning my skin and this shirt is perfect for that because it is made with UPF 50+ sun protection. The material kept me dry because it wicks away moisture. This shirt is something I would definitely buy again. It is soft and comfortable and the XL is true to size.
