Upon opening the container the contents was in a solid state … I tried using a stick to stir … no success … it flaked like ice … is a refund or replacement possible?

I would have given this product a five rating, but I have not seen how long it lasts and it is a little harder to work with than applying paint or varnish. I used about three gallons to heavily seal a stone floor on a balcony that was not properly installed. The subcontractor did not put a moisture barrier beneath the stone and mortar. The result was water finding its way into the wall and staining the wall board in our entryway. I poured and brushed to achieve about an eight of an inch thickness. This completely solved the problem of the leaking. Before doing this I received a quote to fix the problem that was over $30,000, so this solution made much more sense to me.

I made the mistake of installing Mexican pavers on my balcony which are very porous and absorb water. I tried different sealers but because water pooled up on the pavers it caused water to leak through the tiles and drip underneath the balcony. So I tried Flex Seal clear liquid and am quite impressed with the results. First the pavers have a nice new glossy look. Second, water can no longer penetrate them, it beads on the surface.

Absolutely does not work. As I write this my roof leaks Fifteen Gallons of water per room through the flex seal this rain storm alone based on Home Depot 5 gallon containers that I have through out my house. Water simply leaks through the Flex Seal as though it were not even their. Looks good; but it leaks terribly. Spent thousands of dollars. Needs a class action law suit. Be Warned!

My grandparents bought over 30 gallons for their basement that continously floods. We applied the paint to both the walls and floors following every direction on the can. We spent 900+ dollars repairing every room in the basement. One year later all the repairs we made were damaged and the basement was flooded as if we hadn't just fixed the leaks in the foundation. I recommend you don't waste your money or time with this product.

I put it on the back of a rug that had lost its backing but I wanted to save it as I loved the rug it worked beautifully.

Absolutely the best product to keep water out of your house or anything else that you don't want damaged by water I love the brush on used three light coats to waterproof around my French doors that go out to my deck.

Went on great on top of my camper we will see how it holds up

This stuff is the best. Easy to put on.

I use this product to help fix older inflatable decorations with porus fabric. It works like a charm! I use a old paintbrush and evenly distribute the paste all over the fabric. The liquid is very thick so you need to be patient but at the end of the day it is totally worth it. Using this product saved three old christmas inflatables of mine. It is overall an awesome product that I highly recomend using.
