Q:Can I use the handle to completely turn off the water even when in auto/touchless mode? In other words, with the handle off will the auto/touchless feature still work? Thanks

A: Touch less is a “main” on/off switch which allows the system to flow at whatever the manual handle is set at. If handle at 100%, then 100%. 50%, then 50%. 0%, then 0%.

A: I do not know. We are so frustrated with it not performing correctly, we have turned the automated feature off. This is after changing batteries and disconnecting the electrical cord, and will still not come on automatically.

Works great!!!

I ordered this on 12/8/20, and finally installed it on 3/8/23. It took me that long, because there was a lot involved. I had to remove the sink to clean up the mold where the under-mount sink meets the granite countertop. The actual faucet install was easy. I just have so much going on under the sink. I installed this alongside an Insinkerator hot water dispenser, a Watts Premier reverse osmosis faucet and an Ultimate Kitchens foaming soap dispenser. Most importantly, my wife loves it!

I’m sure the Faucet probably works fine. But the specs when ordering show 2 different heights. I ordered based on first number. But returned because 2nd number was the right one!! Waist of my time… and

In love with this faucet!

So glad I got this faucet. A friend installed it and he said it was an "easy one". Love the features. A big plus as that it was on sale. It's so easy to get used to a touch less faucet that I'm spoiled! Home Depot delivery was fast.

Such a nice upgrade. The instructions are easy and doesn't take long to install. I had to call customer service about the flow of the water. They were so helpful, sent out a new part. Everything has been working fine since. Everyone loves the motion on/off. The finish is gorgeous and feels top notch.

I really like it! With I’m cooking, i can keep my hands from touching the handle And just motion it to turn on. I have very little plumbing experience and I’m a small woman so it was a challenge removing the old fixture but installing this was EASY. I also didnt drill the battery pack into the wall. I used heavy duty command strips. Which later, made it easy for my husband to remove.

Second Time is Better
