X Series Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Motion Sensor in Chrome

There is a joint in the mixing hose that is fed through the unit that carries the water to the nozzle. The joint is weak and in my case, failed within a year of ownership, and probably only six months after installation. My plumber said that all reputable manufacturers would simply send you a new hose if you called them, even if you don't have the receipt and it's years old. I tried this with Flow (or Bio Bidet) and found that if you've misplaced the receipt like I have, you are out of luck. I called them, sent them pictures, emailed them back and forth in the hopes I wouldn't have to call the plumber back to uninstall the unit and reinstall a new unit...I mean, come on. I am asking for a cheap hose on your cheap faucet; I'm not asking for the nuclear codes. Nope, no way. I've owned this house for 18 months now, and they're concerned I'm asking for them to honor their warranty in excess of 12 months. Home Depot was great as always. I went in with the faucet, showed them the broken part. They tried to find the receipt online and couldn't. But a manager said to just exchange it. Fortune smiled upon me because they didn't have a replacement in stock and I found a different, but reputable brand. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for. Garbage in, garbage out. Did not meet my expectations. In September, contractor installed this faucet with our new sink. The plastic end of faucet nozzle fell apart in October. We can use the faucet but can not pull down to use spray head because the black plastic trim comes apart. Faucet is nice design. It looks good with new sink. Cheap plastic nozzle end needs upgrade or redesign. Now I have to pay again to replace a one month old faucet.

Works well to have without touching the faucet.

We decided to try the Flow Motion activated sprayer when our old faucet went out. It has surpassed our expectations and we absolutely LOVE IT! The quality is great and the install was so very easy! We would absolutely buy it again and now I want something similar for our bathrooms and laundry room. Perfect especially these days when you want to keep your hands extra clean and safe!

Had not heard of Flow Faucet before I was looking for a motion faucet. I saw this one on sale and it had great reviews so I thought I would try it especially when I compared price to some of the competitors. The packaging was quality. Made me feel like I bought a quality product at a great price and not just something on clearance. Installation was a piece of cake. The only thing I did was use Command Hanging strips to attach the "brain" to the wall under the sink. Useage has been great so far. I think we're really going to enjoy it. Works as expected and looks great!

It took two years to get around to installing the faucet. I love it. I do wish the pull down hose was a foot longer. I was surprised at how short it was. I was hoping there was a way to keep my old sprayer as well but they don’t make that option. I also wish the wiring was longer so I could have the battery compartment closer to the cabinet door. As it is, I have to take everything out to get to the back of the cabinet to change batteries.

We recently renovated our kitchen and got the FLOW motion sensor faucet. It is modern & sturdy. We love it, my kids... Would definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of this faucet, especially at the price point! I love having the option of motion activation, without the need to hardwire anything. The device that controls the motion activation is a bit tricky to mount to the back wall, however, I was able to use a piece of scrap lumber to make this an easy installation. Only downfall after 1 day is hot & cold supply lines connected to faucet were not long enough. Had to buy 3/8” connection lines.
