A:  Hi Travis, Thank you for your inquiry. Our design and Engineering team is located just north of Venice Italy. The ovens are also tested there. We manufacture just outside of Shanghai using parts and materials sourced globally. We have our own team of engineers on the factory floor overseeing production and Quality Assurance with a very thorough inspection process. This team is head by two individuals, one from the USA and one from the UK. Each has over 30 years of experience with western companies producing products in China. We are very confident in the quality and performance of our ovens. We think our reviews will reflect this. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
