How To Measure For A New Refrigerator
Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- Water connection kit required
- 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet
- Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly
- Verify your existing electrical and water connections
- Empty & unplug your old refrigerator

Sleek and super functional

I was hesitant on the bottom freezer but find it easier to keep organized and clean then our black hole of a side by side.
The lights are bright and the drawers are perfectly situated.
Can’t yet speak to the longevity and will update if needed.

What a nightmare
We have never had a problem with Fridgedaire, but this was BAD. After 3 months, the bottom ice maker quit working. After ordering a part, that wasn’t the problem after all. Two days after the 2nd service call, we noticed ice underneath the deli drawer( NOT in the freezer, which service didn’t seem to understand until showing pictures). After a 3rd service call, he saw condensation on the back of the refrigerator. Due to this problem, they were going to replace the refrigerator. Wonderful, right? WRONG! The same night the 2nd refrigerator was delivered, we noticed a problem with the top door ice maker. There was something wrong with the timing and water was being dumped onto the ice trying to be made. There was ice in the bottom of the auger and big pieces of ice was falling down. We arranged for a refund of the refrigerator 3 days after it being delivered.
We purchased a Samsung refrigerator and haven’t had a problem, yet.

Overall I like the refrigerator nice and big for my size family. Love the freezer. It's better than the one I had so it's good.
