So far so good, just put the product together. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Required only one person. Fits men shoes size 11. We will see how it holds up but I am hopeful. Everything arrived in good shape

Great space saving storage. My wife loves it! Lots of time to put it together as it comes knocked down. Assembly directions were pretty good, only one step not very clear so I had to undo and redo the correct way. I would buy this again.

It takes up much more room than I imagined, but it does fit all the shoes into it.

I bought a different version - hinges are made of cheap plastic and broke after less than a year's light use. The questions had indicated the manufacturer was reponsive and there were replacement parts. It took him three months and multiple emails to respond at which point he refused to offer replacement parts because he couldn't find it in his system. Then he found it and refused because the 'warranty' was only three months long. So cheap hardware with no replacements - DON'T BUY.

It took a while to assemble, has so many parts, but the instructions were clear. The shoe cabinet works wonderfully and I just love the colors!

The shoes have to be very short heels with crushable material to fit if you have the middle board in. If you don't use the middle boards you can only store maybe 18 shoes, even some of my sneakers don't fit very well.
